9.1.1 Do not use obscene or vulgar language.
9.1.2 Do not submit content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable, including content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist, or racist.
9.1.3 Do not submit content that promotes or incites violence.
9.1.4 Submissions should be in English, as we may be unable to respond to messages in other languages.
9.1.5 Your chosen identifier or username must not violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

9.1.7 Do not use our system to send unauthorized mass communications such as “spam” or “junk mail.”
9.2 You acknowledge that ESL Class Online reserves the right to monitor all communications sent to or through our system.
9.3 You acknowledge that ESL Class Online may retain copies of all communications made via our system.
9.4 You understand that any information you submit to us through our system may be edited by us as needed, and you waive your moral right to be identified as the original author. If you wish to place restrictions on how we use your submission, you must communicate this clearly in advance. We reserve the right to reject such terms or content.
10.1 To purchase Services or access certain parts of the System, you must create an Account. This Account will contain personal details and, where applicable, payment information. The exact information required may vary depending on how you use the Website. We may not request payment details unless and until you choose to make a purchase.
By creating an Account and continuing to use this Website, you represent and warrant that:
10.1.1 all information you provide is accurate and truthful;
10.1.2 you have the necessary permission to submit any required payment information; and
10.1.3 you will keep your Account information accurate and up to date.
Your creation of an Account is confirmation of this representation and warranty.
10.2 We recommend that you do not share your Account details, especially your username and password. ESL Class Online is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your decision to share these details. If you are using a shared or public computer, we advise you not to save your login credentials in your browser.
10.3 If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your consent, please contact us immediately so we can suspend your Account and prevent unauthorized use. Note: Orders or payments can only be canceled before the Services have been provided. If unauthorized Services begin before you notify us, you may be charged from the start date up to the notification date—and possibly for one full billing cycle (e.g., one month).
10.4 When selecting your username, you must comply with the rules outlined in Clause 9. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or deletion of your Account.
11.1 Either you or ESL Class Online may terminate your Account at any time. If we choose to terminate your Account, we will notify you by email and, where possible, provide a reason. However, we reserve the right to terminate any Account at our discretion without explanation.
11.2 If your Account is terminated, any current or pending orders or payments will be canceled, and Services will not be provided.
12.1 We make every effort to ensure that all general descriptions of the Services on the Website reflect the actual Services provided. However, some variation may occur depending on your individual needs and circumstances. This does not limit our liability for errors caused by our negligence, and it refers only to minor variations in correct Services—not entirely different Services. For issues involving incorrect Services, please refer to sub-Clause 13.8.
12.2 When applicable, you may be asked to select a specific Service Plan that best suits your needs.
12.3 We do not guarantee that all Services will be available at all times, and availability cannot be confirmed until your order is processed. Availability indicators are not shown on the Website.
12.4 All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to update prices, change promotions, or remove offers at any time as necessary.
12.5 If pricing changes between the time you place an order and when payment is processed, the price in effect at the time of your order will be honored.
13.1 No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer that can be accepted. Your order is a contractual offer that ESL Class Online may accept at its sole discretion. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
13.2 The order confirmation will be sent to you before Services begin and will include:
13.2.1 A description of the Services ordered, including key features;
13.2.2 A full breakdown of pricing, including any taxes, delivery, or additional charges (if applicable);
13.2.3 Relevant dates and times for the delivery of Services;
13.2.4 User credentials and access details for the Services.
13.3 If we do not accept your order, no payment will be taken. If payment has already been made, we will issue a full refund within 14 calendar days.
13.4 Payment will be taken via your selected payment method. This may include:
Any applicable setup fee charged immediately upon purchase;
Recurring charges billed on the same day of each month (your “billing cycle”) as outlined in your order confirmation.
13.5 We aim to fulfill your order within 2–3 working days, or within a reasonable time unless otherwise stated. If we cannot fulfill your order promptly, we will inform you either at the time of purchase (via a website notice) or shortly after. While we strive to meet agreed delivery timelines, time is not of the essence in this contract—meaning delays do not constitute a breach. If you request Services to begin within 14 calendar days of order confirmation, you will be asked to acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights (see Clause 14) may be affected.
13.6 ESL Class Online will use reasonable skill and care in delivering the Services, consistent with accepted industry practices.
13.7 If the Services delivered do not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will correct the issue within five (5) working days. Some Services may have additional terms and conditions, which will be presented to you for review and acceptance during the ordering process.
13.8 We provide technical support via our online support forum. While we aim to respond in a timely manner, specific response times are not guaranteed.
We want you to be completely satisfied with the Services you order from ESL Class Online . If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please contact us at student@eslclassonline.com, call us at [PHONE NUMBER], or write to us at our business address (see Section 1 above).
If any Specific Terms accompanying the Service include cancellation policies, those terms will apply.
14.1 Statutory Right to Cancel (EU Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days (“cooling-off period”) from the date your order is confirmed and a contract is formed.
To exercise this right, contact us at sales@eslclassonline.com within the 14-day period. However, this right is subject to the provisions in Clause 14.2.
14.2 Exceptions for Digital Services
By placing an order for digital Services (such as online courses or downloadable content), you acknowledge the following:
14.2.1 If the Services begin during the 14-day cooling-off period, you agree that access will be granted immediately and understand that you will lose your right to cancel once the Services are fully delivered.
14.2.2 If you cancel after the digital Services have started but are not yet complete, you may still be required to pay for the portion of Services already provided. The refund amount, if applicable, will be calculated proportionally. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days and no later than 14 calendar days after your cancellation notice.
14.3 Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period
If the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, any cancellation will be subject to the specific terms applicable to the Service purchased and may involve a minimum contract period or limitations on refunds.

20.3 If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, that specific term will be deemed severed. The rest of the Terms and Conditions will remain valid and enforceable. This severance will apply only within the jurisdiction where the term is deemed illegal.
If any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy provided under this agreement, that failure shall not be considered a waiver of the right or remedy.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
